Jaeyoung is Vice President and Head of Asia at Samsung Ventures, he is actively looking for investment opportunities across the Asia including Greater China, Japan, India and South East Asia. Prior to joining Samsung Ventures in early 2010, he has worked at Samsung Advanced Institute of Technology(SAIT) as a fuel cell researcher in Korea as well as worked as a R&D Staff at Fuel Cell Lab of Forchungszentrum Juelich, Germany. He grew up in Seoul & Singapore and earned Master in mechanical engineering from Aachen University of Applied Science in Germany, and attended Tongji University in Shanghai, China for the same major prior to Germany.
